Question 1

What is JILIEE?

Accepted Answer

JILIEE is an independent guide to JILI games in the Philippines, with a focus on app downloads, titles like Mega Fishing and Golden Empire, and payment basics. It is not an operator.

Question 2

How do I register for an account?

Accepted Answer

You register with a licensed operator, not with JILIEE. Typically that means providing your name, mobile number and date of birth, confirming you are 21 or older, and agreeing to the operator's terms.

Question 3

Why do operators ask for ID?

Accepted Answer

Licensed operators typically verify identity and age before allowing withdrawals. Expect to show a valid government ID and sometimes proof of address, and use details that match your own accounts.

Question 4

How do I deposit with GCash or Maya?

Accepted Answer

Choose the e-wallet option in the operator's cashier, enter the amount in pesos, and approve the request inside your own wallet app. Check the operator's page for limits and fees before you confirm.

Question 5

Can I withdraw to someone else's account?

Accepted Answer

Operators generally require withdrawals to go to an account in your own name. Using another person's wallet or bank account can cause a review or a refusal.

Question 6

How long do withdrawals take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the operator, the payment method and whether your account is verified. Read the operator's published withdrawal terms instead of relying on a general claim.

Question 7

What does a wagering requirement mean?

Accepted Answer

It is the amount you must stake, often a multiple of a bonus, before bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn. Always read the multiple, the eligible games and any time limit before you accept a bonus.

Question 8

Are JILI slots rigged?

Accepted Answer

Slots use random number generators and a fixed house edge, so results are random rather than arranged against you. This is why checking that an operator is licensed matters.

Question 9

What is RTP and does it guarantee a win?

Accepted Answer

RTP is the long-run percentage a game is designed to return across a very large number of rounds. It says nothing about a single session, and it never guarantees a win.

Question 10

Is it safe to download a JILI app?

Accepted Answer

Only download from the operator's own verified page or your phone's standard app store, and never from links in random chats. Check what permissions the app requests and confirm the operator on PAGCOR's licensee list.

Question 11

What age do I need to be?

Accepted Answer

You must be 21 or older. Operators may check your age during registration or before a withdrawal.

Question 12

Where can I get help if gambling stops being fun?

Accepted Answer

Call the NCMH crisis hotline at 1553, which is free and confidential. You can also use deposit limits, time reminders or self-exclusion tools that licensed operators typically provide.
